Floatwheel currently accepts cryptocurrency as its only payment method.

Many riders either aren’t familiar with cryptocurrency or simply prefer to pay using traditional methods.

FixMyPEV offers a procurement service where we place the order with Floatwheel on your behalf, allowing you to obtain eligible Floatwheel products without needing to deal with cryptocurrency yourself.

IMPORTANT: FixMyPEV is not affiliated with Floatwheel. This service only covers the procurement process. All products and shipping are fulfilled directly by Floatwheel.

The restrictions above apply to orders shipped to the United States. Complete Floatwheel boards may be eligible for procurement when shipped to an address outside of the United States.

Procurement Service Fees

$50 for a single Power Kit

$25 for each additional Power Kit in the same order

$150–$200 for complete board orders (Non-U.S. Shipping Only)

Parts-only orders may vary depending on the total order value.

Floatwheel product pricing and availability are determined entirely by Floatwheel and may change at any time.

What does this service actually cover?

This service covers the procurement process only. If you do not want to deal with cryptocurrency payments yourself, FixMyPEV can place the Floatwheel order on your behalf using traditional payment methods.

Does FixMyPEV sell or stock Floatwheel products?

No. FixMyPEV does not sell, stock, or fulfill Floatwheel products. All products and shipping are fulfilled directly by Floatwheel.

Which Floatwheel products can I request through this service?

This service supports Floatwheel Power Kits and individual Floatwheel parts. Complete Floatwheel boards, including the ADV, ADV Pro, ADV2, and Atom, are not supported for orders shipped to the United States, but may be eligible for procurement when shipped to an address outside of the United States.

How does pricing work?

FixMyPEV charges a separate procurement service fee for placing the order on your behalf. Floatwheel product pricing and availability are determined entirely by Floatwheel and may change at any time. Final pricing is confirmed after your request is reviewed.

Who handles shipping and tracking?

Floatwheel fulfills and ships the order directly. Once tracking becomes available, FixMyPEV forwards it to you.

What if there is a problem with my order after it is placed?

Any product-related issues, warranty questions, or fulfillment concerns must be handled directly through Floatwheel. FixMyPEV does not provide warranty coverage for Floatwheel products. What payment methods can I use for this service?

You can indicate your preferred payment method on the request form. Available options currently include digital payment and credit or debit card.
