We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from FixMyPEV. If you need to return a product or request a refund, please review the following information regarding eligibility, procedures, and any applicable restocking fees.

1. Eligibility:
- Defective or Damaged Products: You are eligible for a return or refund if the product you received is defective or damaged upon arrival. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product and provide supporting evidence such as photographs or videos showcasing the issue.
- Incorrect or Incomplete Orders: If we sent you an incorrect product or your order was incomplete, please contact us within 7 days to arrange for a return or the necessary corrections.

2. Return Procedures:
- Prior Authorization: Before returning any products, you must obtain authorization from our support team. Please contact our support team to initiate the return process and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Product Condition: Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, and undamaged, with all original packaging and accessories included.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective/damaged product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product.

3. Refund Processing:
- Inspection and Processing Time: Once we receive your returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to complete the inspection and process your refund.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that the processing time for refunds may vary depending on your payment provider.

4. Restocking Fee:
- For returns that do not fall under the categories mentioned in Section 1, a restocking fee of 10% of the product's purchase price will be applied. This fee covers the cost of processing and restocking the returned item.
